Your payments are taken weekly or monthly, on a day of your choice, by a recurring debit card transaction with flexible deposits available. We want to make sure you are on a payment plan to suit you. Arrange a call back with a member of our team to discuss your options.

You can contact your local agent directly through Facebook Messenger. Take a look at the areas we cover and get in touch with your local agent today.

How do i order a new bed ?
You can browse all our beds here. If you see one you like, just simply arrange a callback on our enquiry form and a member of our sales team will get in touch to set you up and go through your options.
How do i get in contact with someone about my order ?

How do i get new flooring ?
You can browse our flooring here. If you see one you like, just book an appointment with your local agent on our enquiry form. They will then call you to arrange your FREE home visit, bring a selection of carpet and vinyl samples to your home and help you make a decision. While they’re there, they will measure your chosen room and provide an estimate.
Alternatively, you can order FREE carpet and vinyl samples right to your door. Just browse the flooring you like and select “Get my free samples”. Once you’re samples are delivered and you’re happy with your choice, you can book your FREE measure with your local agent.
How many rooms can i have carpeted at once ?
You can only have 1 room completed at a time, but when you’re ready for the next room we require no deposit!
Why was my order cancelled?
If you fail to make the payments that you promised to make before fitting, the order will be cancelled.
Why does money come out of my account when i haven’t had the product delivered yet ?
In order for your account not to go into arrears, we need you to continue to make the agreed payments so you can get your chosen product as soon as possible.
How easy is it to buy from Pay Per Week ?
At Pay Per Week we make ordering your new flooring or furniture easy. With 2 payment options to suit you, you’re in safe hands.
Option 1: With Pay Per Week In-House finance, there’s no credit checks, no interest, and as long as you can afford the weekly, fortnightly or monthly payment you’re good to go.
Option 2: We also work with Snap Finance which you to shop today, with the flexibility to spread the cost up to 48 months, in line with your budget. (From Representative 29.9% APR)

What are your opening hours ?
Our offices are open 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday and closed o Bank Holidays and weekends. But our sales agents can be contacted at any time.
